School Account Manager

Desde nuestra sede en Pallejà (Barcelona) damos servicio a cientos de colegios en toda España combinando eficiencia sostenibilidad y una experiencia de usuario moderna.

Como School Manager serás responsable de gestionar la relación comercial y operativa con colegios y AMPAs garantizando un servicio eficiente y de calidad en cada fase del proceso.

Funciones principales

• Gestionar la relación comercial y operativa diaria con colegios y AMPAs.
• Atender y resolver de forma ágil consultas dudas e incidencias.
• Preparar y actualizar las listas de libros que se publicarán en la web.
• Planificar y coordinar las fechas de las operaciones comerciales (campañas de venta).
• Gestionar cambios masivos de libros (correcciones y modificaciones colectivas) y evaluar su impacto económico.
• Supervisar los pedidos pendientes de alumnos (pedidos en espera).
• Gestionar solicitudes y pedidos de colegios mediante formularios internos.
• Analizar y gestionar las operaciones de devolución y recompra con los centros.

Requisitos

Conocimientos y habilidades

• Permiso de conducir vigente.
• Disponibilidad y flexibilidad horaria.

Idiomas

• Excelente dominio oral y escrito de español y catalán.
• Nivel de lectura en inglés.

Software y herramientas

• Manejo avanzado de Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook Teams).
• Experiencia con software CRM para la gestión de clientes.

Se valorará

• Conocimientos de Salesforce o SAP.
• Experiencia previa en el sector educativo o editorial.
• Vehículo propio para realizar visitas a centros educativos.
