Job Summary
Server - Chalet
Our Chalet Server is responsible for providing luxury service to our guests at our Chalet Outlet throughout the busy winter season bringing your personality service skills and experience table-side.
This is a full-time seasonal position beginning in January 2026 until May 2026.
Starting Rate of Pay: $18.10 per hour
We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $19.80.
Job Duties Include:
- Provide timely personalized friendly and efficient food and beverage service to our guests.
- Serve refresh and clear in a timely manner while adhering to Fairmont Hotels and Resorts standards.
- Ensure stations are properly stocked
- Takes proper measures to ensure guests bills are presented and posted in a timely manner
- Have full knowledge of food and beverage menus upselling guests and delivering seamless service
- Communicate efficiently with the kitchen and support staff to ensure excellence in service standards
Qualifications :
- Serving It Right Certificate
- 2 years luxury food & beverage serving experience
- Experience with Point of Sales systems
