In this influential role the Commercial Manager Partnerships will be vital in shaping commercial outcomes primarily by driving key decisions on both new deals and existing contract renewals. You will work alongside the commercial lead to strategically manage and execute all commercial agreements ensuring sustained performance and absolute commercial integrity.
With a strong analytical and commercial skillset. You will constructively challenge the current status quo of deal structures and provide commercial thought leadership in development of new deal constructs for new and existing partners in a dynamic loyalty landscape to deliver optimum outcome for Qantas Loyalty partners and Qantas Frequent Flyers. This role will work collaboratively with the Tribe and Squad leadership team on business performance initiative prioritisation strategic objectives and the delivery of OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
What Youll Bring:
- 10 years experience in complex corporate environments with exposure to
strategy formulation and execution financial accounting and/or economics with
significant experience supporting business performance - Tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and ability to effectively engage at
executive levels - A strong understanding of customer loyalty and program economics
- Strategic thinking skills with strong commercial and financial acumen
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and work under pressure
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams
