We operate one of the largest and busiest auto body repair facilities in Lenawee County and our workflow remains steady year-round with multiple direct repair relationships.

Primary Responsibilities
- Perform all body repair and paint work as outlined on repair orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Diagnose vehicle damage and determine if additional safety or repair work is required
- Execute welding soldering body alignment sanding buffing and paint preparation
- Mix and match paint to manufacturer specifications and apply coatings using approved methods
- Operate all collision center equipment safely and properly
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work area
- Consistently deliver high-quality workmanship on every job
- Accurately document all work performed upon completion
- Follow all federal state and local environmental and safety regulations
- Work collaboratively with technicians estimators and management
Requirements & Qualifications
- 2 Years of Auto Body and/or Paint Technician Experience
- I-CAR Certification & Michigan Motor Vehicle Certificate (Preferred)
- Prior Auto Body Paint Experience Required
- PPG Envirobase Waterborne Paint Experience Preferred
- Must supply own tools and spray equipment
- Strong teamwork communication and self-motivation
- Valid Drivers License
- Must pass background check & physical
- Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain attention to detail
