The Wong lab in the Departments of Human Genetics and Pediatrics is looking for a Postdoctoral Fellow to join our neuropharmacogenetics laboratory. We are interested in studying the development and progression of pediatric epilepsy over the lifespan with the long-term goal of developing better treatments. The Postdoctoral Fellow will help design and conduct research projects independently while receiving training from the Principal Investigator to enhance professional skills and research independence. Research projects will be discussed and determined with the Principal Investigator. This position requires mouse handling and it is preferred the candidate has prior wet lab and mouse handling experience. The Postdoctoral Fellow will prepare and publish scientific manuscripts under the direction of the Principal Investigator. Postdoctoral Fellows are an entry level position in which the research fellow receives training under close supervision of the Principal Investigator.
