Janitorial Technician Full-Time

Job Position Description:
This position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customers by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities.

Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products tools and procedures.
Duties include sweeping mopping polishing trash removal restroom cleaning vacuuming moving furniture and equipment etc.
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
Use of proper PPE where required.
Open and lock facilities enable and disable security systems as required.
Other duties may be assigned.

Preferred Job Skills:

1-2 years experience as a custodian janitor or housekeeper is a plus but not required.
Experience working for a professional janitorial company office complex hotel hospital or school is a plus.
The ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail is a must.
A strong work ethic positive outlook and willingness to learn is a plus.
Ability to support the team by being in uniform reliable dependable and on time.
Demonstrates respect and understanding for co-workers and customers.

Physical Demands and Qualifications:
Constant (up to 100%) standing walking pushing balancing stooping kneeling crouching twisting reaching overhead reaching forward. Must be able to lift and/or carry 25lbs.

Ability to read cleaning instructions
Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses

Compensation: $19.00 per hour
