:Key Responsibilities
In this role you will:
Define roll out and monitor common process management frameworks and governance standards across the Reporting & Analysis COE
Partner with operational teams to drive process alignment standardization and optimization beyond the transition phase
Facilitate identification of initiatives to enhance efficiency effectiveness and value delivery across the COE
Align major functional scoping and process design topics with COE leadership and segment Finance teams
Define process performance metrics monitor adherence identify gaps and recommend improvements to enhance quality and timeliness
Support the Head of Process Governance & Excellence in defining and evolving process governance methodologies best practices and transformation of COE
Collaborate with stakeholders across COE and Finance frontline/HQ teams to ensure consistent adoption of governance standards and frameworks.
What we are looking for:
Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration or related field; Masters preferred
6 years of experience in Finance transformation or process excellence roles ideally including consulting exposure
Strong understanding of Business Finance / FP&A processes within a Corporate and Shared Service / COE environment
Proven track record with governance frameworks process performance management and process improvement (e.g. Lean Six Sigma)
Advanced skills in process taxonomy design operating model design and process mapping to enable alignment and optimization
Strong analytical skills to assess process performance identify gaps and uncover productivity or cost-saving opportunities
Structured solution-oriented and able to translate complex problems into practical implementable solutions
Excellent stakeholder management communication and influencing skills; capable of navigating a global matrix organization
Collaborative ambitious and experienced in cross-functional end-to-end transformation initiatives
Cost-conscious mindset with a passion for improving business and finance processes
Proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint Excel PowerBI) and solid understanding of Finance data systems
Finance Shipping and/or Logistics business acumen is an advantage.
