About the Role

Youll lead an experienced Aftersales team of 11 including:

• 5 Technicians
• 3 Service Advisors

Your focus will be on:

• Overseeing WIP and workshop flow
• Improving efficiency and output in the department
• Maintaining exceptional customer service standards
• Being actively involved in the day-to-day operation not just sitting behind a desk

Importantly you wont be required to complete budgets or forecasts this role is all about people leadership operational control and driving results where it matters.

About You

Were looking for someone who:

• Has solid experience in a motor trade aftersales or service management role
• Leads by example and enjoys being present in the workshop
• Knows how to motivate mentor and manage a diverse team
• Understands workshop KPIs WIP and efficiency drivers
• Brings a positive proactive approach with the confidence to make improvements
