Primary Duties: - Conduct regular audits of property content imagery and pricing across OTA platforms including Expedia and Google to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Review and respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests submitted through Expedia and Google.
- Manage user access and permission updates for internal staff on OTA platforms.
- Handle guest communications related to relocation requests cancellations and other service-related issues.
- Monitor evaluate and process no-show charges in accordance with company policies.
- Support guest satisfaction initiatives by monitoring and responding to feedback on platforms like Medallia and Chatmeter.
- Configure and manage geofencing triggers to enhance marketing and location-based visibility for properties.
- Deploy monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of TravelAds campaigns.
- Reconcile monthly invoices and payments related to OTA partnerships advertising campaigns and other digital services.
- Compile analyze and maintain detailed data records to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Other Duties as Assigned.
Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in business or related field preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven time management skills with an ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements: - Frequently required to sit stand talk and hear.
- This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies up to 20 pounds.
