Role Overview

Join Labelbox as a Technical Program Manager where you will lead high-impact initiatives at the intersection of data and AI. Your Impact

• Lead cross-functional AI initiatives Manage and execute high-stakes AI data projects ensuring technical and operational excellence.
• Partner with AI Labs Collaborate to define project requirements success metrics and quality measurement frameworks.
• Translate strategy into execution Break down abstract goals into clear action plans leveraging existing tools and building new solutions as needed.
• Unblock yourself and the team Proactively identify and resolve dependencies leveraging your technical expertise to keep projects moving.
• Communicate with precision Provide stakeholders and leadership with clear actionable updates ensuring alignment and proactive risk mitigation.

What You Bring

• A bachelors degree or higher in computer science engineering or related STEM proficiency in SQL and Python
• Familiarity with BI tools like Looker to track performance and visualize key insights.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA Asana or Notion to track project progress and drive execution.
• Ability to bridge the gap between technical and operational teams translating complex requirements into clear execution plans.
• You thrive in high-stakes fast-paced environments Youre energized by solving complex challenges and driving high-impact initiatives with urgency and precision.

As part of the Alignerr Services team youll lead implementation of customer projects and manage our elite network of AI experts who deliver high-quality human feedback crucial for AI advancement. Your team will oversee 250000 monthly hours of specialized work across RLHF complex reasoning and multimodal AI projects resulting in quality improvements for Frontier AI Labs. Youll leverage our AI-powered talent acquisition system and exclusive access to 16M specialized professionals to rapidly build and deploy expert teams that help customers which includethemajority of leading AI labs and AI disruptors achieve breakthrough AI capabilities through precisely aligned human datadirectly contributing to the critical human element in advancing artificial intelligence.
