In this role you will be an essential partner to the sales team helping to manage and grow strategic accounts in line with our companys goals and processes. Your focus will be supporting targeted Asian clients in Europe while fostering strong value-driven long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Sales team and internal stakeholders with activities related to Korean and Chinese customers across Central South Europe.

• Monitor performance status and credit terms of both key and non-key clients.

• Keep pace with market and service developments and proactively share insights with the Sales team.

• Report on any issues that may impact the market such as Suez Canal disruptions MO regulations and more.

• Assist in preparing materials for meetings and presentations.

• Coordinate and participate in customer meetings when needed.

• Support system updates troubleshoot issues and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through daily use of Salesforce.

What Were Looking For

• Native Korean or Chinese speaker with excellent English communication skills.

• Strong PC proficiency (Word Excel PowerPoint AI tools).

• Solid market and product knowledge.

• Excellent communication skills and a confident collaborative approach.

• Logistics industry experience is an advantage.

• A proactive teammate with a positive attitude.
