Shift: Morning 6:00 AM 3:30 PM (includes 30-minute break)

Job Summary

seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to join its Carson City team. This role involves troubleshooting installing and testing electronic control systems including CNC and PLC systems. Candidates should have a strong background in electronics and mechanical systems.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Background in electronics mechanical engineering or machinist/tool & die work

Licenses & Certifications:

Must pass job-related test
Completion of electronics school or equivalent
Laser and process instrumentation training preferred

Skills:

Proficient in English (reading writing speaking)
Basic math and computer skills
Logical thinking and good hand dexterity

Responsibilities

Primary Duties:

Troubleshoot electronic systems (temperature control CNC PLC)
Install and test control systems
Troubleshoot laser systems
Order parts per manufacturer specifications
Ensure compliance with Repair Station Manual (RSM) and Quality Control Management (QCM)
Promote ISO/Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS) standards
Cross-train department employees
Follow all health safety and environmental policies
Uphold Corporate Code of Ethical Standards
Maintain regular and reliable attendance

Marginal Duties:

CNC mechanical repair and setup
Operate mills lathes grinders EDM P/S furnaces
Control automatic PLC logic
Perform other facility tasks as needed
