Within the Global Research team you will support the Global Head of Research & the Head of Research NL. We are looking for an enthusiastic energetic proactive Personal Assistant. The team
The Global Research team provides economic market geopolitical and sector insights for internal decision makers INGs customers and the broader public. We form objective views on what is happening in the world around us and share these. The team consists of about 80 colleagues working across the globe. The team is very visible both internally as externally for example in the media at events and as a source of insights to the organisation for example viaING THINK economic and financial analysis ING Think. The team experiences a strong feeling of accomplishment we love what we do. The team is led by its global management team headed by INGs Global Head of Research/Chief Economist.
Role & Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will be calendar management and planning and organizing and ensuring that your managers are well prepared for the variety of daily activities including travel.
You also have an administrative role in for example Workday processes e-profit and Ibuy.
You see and organise the social fabric of the team
Given the nature of the work and access to confidential and sensitive information the role is deemed to be sensitive. An extra security clearance is required by the Corporate Special Investigations (CSI) team.

Experience & Education: You have at least 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant in an international environment supporting senior leaders. A bachelors degree in office management or secretarial education is required.
Digital Proficiency: You are fluent in MS Office (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint SharePoint) MS Teams and curious about how AI tools can enhance daily tasks even if youre still learning.
Organizational Skills: You excel at prioritizing tasks managing details and staying calm under pressure and tight deadlines. You also have experience organizing meetings events and logistics with precision and care.
Communication & Collaboration: You bring strong problem-solving skills active listening and excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Dutch. You work well independently and as part of a team.
Mindset & Initiative: Youre proactive resourceful and have a can-do mentality. You anticipate whats coming next and make work lighter for everyone including yourself.
Interpersonal & Cultural Sensitivity: You navigate diverse environments with empathy excellent networking skills and high cultural awareness.
Discretion & Integrity: You handle sensitive topics and confidential information with professionalism and care
