Role Description

The Corporate Account Executive role focuses exclusively on the UK Corporate market targeting organisations up to $5B in annual revenue. This role is split 50% new business / 50% expansion supported by a strong inbound engine a 6-person BDR team and DataCamps globally recognised brand.

You will own your full book of business working with multiple stakeholders such as CTOs Heads of Engineering and technical leadership teams helping organisations accelerate learning adoption and build data and AI literacy at scale.

Land deals typically range from $30k$60k ARR with expansion potential up to $300k$1m ARR. Sales cycles average 36 months with clear pathways to grow accounts through structured value-led conversations focusing on data maturity and technical enablement.

This role blends DataCamps customer-facing expectations as seen in the official Senior Corporate AE role with your updated market requirements: high-volume SaaS execution strong commercial discipline and comfort working with technical leaders without requiring an infrastructure or BI/ML product background.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of high-potential corporate accounts up to $5B annual revenue owning the full cycle from prospecting to expansion.
Identify and prioritise high-value opportunities among a targeted account list aligned with DataCamps corporate strategy.
Build strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders (CTO Head of Engineering L&D leaders).
Lead value-based conversations focused on data and AI literacy improvement and organisational capability building.
Partner with internal teams including Solution Architects Product Customer Success Legal and Finance to align resources effectively during the sales process.
Develop customised account plans reflecting customer priorities organisational structure and maturity.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of DataCamps platform (DataCamp Learn & Workspace) and effectively articulate its value.
Drive expansion through long-term partnerships supporting customers as they scale learning adoption and data literacy programs.
Negotiate complex commercial agreements and oversee onboarding to ensure smooth delivery and adoption.

Profile & Requirements

At least 3 years of Mid-Market/Corporate SaaS Account Executive experience.
Strong track record in volume-driven repeatable SaaS sales motions.
Comfortable selling to CTO Head of Engineering and senior technical leadership.
Proven ability to hunt close and expand accounts.
Strong activity discipline: prospecting pipeline creation and structured account planning.
Skilled in building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across both technical and business functions.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Proactive independent and able to manage complex deals end-to-end.
Positive collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous learning.
Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Salary & Benefits
