Job Summary

Join our Nursing team at Arapahoe Community College as a Program Operations Specialist! In this role youll be the go-to resource for keeping our nursing programs running smoothlyfrom guiding students through admissions and progression to ensuring accreditation compliance and managing clinical partnerships. Youll help create a seamless experience for students and faculty while safeguarding program integrity and supporting student success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support students through admissions and progression steps
  • Coordinate accreditation reporting and maintain compliance records
  • Manage clinical agreements and placement documentation
  • Oversee entrance exam administration and data systems
  • Provide administrative support for department operations

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience such as an associates degree and 2000 hours of verifiable occupational experience in an educational institution or 4000 hours of verifiable occupational experience in an educational institution.
  • Experience working with data systems databases student information systems or other CRM platforms.
  • Experience managing multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (SharePoint Teams Excel Outlook Word and PowerPoint).
  • Commitment to creating an inclusive learning and work environment and demonstrated ability to work effectively with students families faculty and staff of diverse backgrounds.

Preferred:

  • Experience in higher education.
  • Experience with Banner.
  • Experience working on projects with multiple stakeholders.
