Leads and directs all plant operations to meet the performance goals of the business team and corporation through appropriate management delegation and mentoring of plant departmental managers.
Acts as ambassador of all Corporate initiatives and guidelines to a proper deployment and implementation in the Plant.
Determines and administers all plant policies and ensures consistency with overall Corporate policies.
Recommends and approves all major purchases of equipment material and supplies for the facility.
Reviews capital expenses and material/facility usage to ensure plant operates in a cost effective manner.
Provides direction and coordinates the preparation of the Plant budget.
Determines and sets annual goals and objectives for all departments consistent with meeting business plan/metrics.
Analyses the overall performance of the operation to target and implement actions to maximize results.
Fosters a continuous improvement culture and leads team based operations.
Leads safety and environmental efforts.
Ensures quality standards are implemented and met.
Works with sales and product management to optimize customer relations and plant productivity.
Performs other related duties as required.

Who are we looking for
Engineering Degree or equivalent.
7-10 years manufacturing management experience.
Project management experience
Knowledge of applicable environmental Regulations.
General knowledge of legal Requirements related to the operation of the automotive industry.
Knowledge of the Objectives of Quality of the Organization
Meeting skills
Proven ability to work in a team setting
Negotiation ability with internal/external customer
