The VP of Revenue Cycle Management will oversee financial operations and build scalable revenue cycle systems to support rapid organizational growth. Reporting to senior leadership this executive will design processes that improve billing performance eliminate backlogs strengthen payer relationships and ensure multi-state compliance while driving financial sustainability.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and forward-thinking leader with deep RCM knowledge strong operational execution and experience building teams and implementing technology across a fast-growing healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and scale revenue cycle processes to support rapid organizational growth
- Optimize billing collections and claims workflows across multiple states
- Lead payer contracting credentialing structure and compliance readiness
- Oversee implementation and optimization of billing and ERP platforms
- Build and mentor leadership teams across credentialing records and operations
- Develop real-time financial reporting forecasting and performance dashboards
- Ensure audit-ready systems and strict financial integrity
Qualifications:
- 28 years of healthcare finance experience
- Minimum 2 years in revenue cycle management and 2 years in senior leadership
- Experience scaling multi-state healthcare operations (behavioral health a plus)
- Expertise in CPT coding medical necessity Medicaid programs and payer processes
- Proficiency with ERP and healthcare billing platforms
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or Business required; MBA or CPA preferred
- Strong strategic operational and leadership skills
