Job Title: Senior Techno-Functional Consultant Microsoft Dynamics GP & Microsoft Dynamics Suite
Location: Dallas TX
Job Type: Full-Time / Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation customization and support of Microsoft Dynamics GPand other Dynamics modules as needed.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain customizations integrations and reports using SQL Server .NET and Microsoft UI technologies.
• Support modules such as Financials Inventory Sales Purchasing HR and CRM.
• Work with tools like Modifier Dexterity Integration Manager eConnect and SmartList Builder.
• Perform system upgrades data migrations and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and end-users to ensure optimal system usage.
• Provide training documentation and post-implementation support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics GP(Great Plains).
• Working knowledge of other Microsoft Dynamics products(e.g. Dynamics NAV AX CRM or Dynamics 365).
• Strong SQL Server skills queries stored procedures views and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in .NET Framework C# and .
• Experience with Microsoft technologieslike Power BI SharePoint and Office 365.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead small teams.
