Senior Manager PPC & Paid Media Location: Toronto in office Monday to FridayWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of PPC to lead our paid media efforts across multiple iGaming brands. This role is responsible for developing and executing a high-impact PPC strategy across Search Display Mobile Video Social Media and Programmatic channels with a strong focus on acquiring quality clients in both regulated and pre-regulated markets.You will bring a data-driven mindset and a proven track record of managing large budgets while achieving strong ROI. You will lead a growing PPC team and collaborate closely with Marketing Data Product Creative CRM and Compliance to deliver sustained acquisition performance.Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the global PPC strategy
- Lead mentor and expand a high-performing PPC team providing clear goals guidance and support.
- Manage and optimize acquisition campaigns across Google Ads Bing Apple Search Ads social media platforms (Facebook Instagram TikTok Twitter/X LinkedIn) programmatic DSPs YouTube and other paid channels.
- Drive growth through effective targeting bidding strategies automation and continuous A/B testing.
- Optimize campaigns toward coreKPIs including FTDs CPFTD ROAS LTV and long-term player value.
- Ensure full compliance with advertising regulations across all jurisdictions.
- Collaborate with Data & BI teams to ensure accurate tracking attribution and reporting across registration deposit activation and retention stages.
- Produce regular performance reports with actionable insights trends and forecasts for senior leadership.
- Identify and evaluate new paid channels traffic sources and technologies to support acquisition growth.
- Manage relationships with external agencies networks and technology partners.
- Stay up to date on industry trends regulatory changes and platform policy updates relevant to iGaming.
Qualifications- 58 years of PPC experience with a minimum of 3 years in iGaming sportsbook casino or similar high-velocity digital industries.
- Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and delivering strong acquisition ROI.
- Advanced hands-on experience with Google Ads Google Analytics GTM programmatic DSPs and social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager TikTok Ads Twitter/X Ads etc.).
- Strong understanding of iGaming acquisition metrics: FTD CPA CPFTD ARPU LTV retention and player funnels.
- Experience operating across multiple markets including regulated and pre-regulated environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide meaningful recommendations.
- Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred but not needed:- Experience with MMPs (AppsFlyer Adjust).
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for iGaming advertising across various jurisdictions.
- Understanding of BI tools (Looker Tableau PowerBI) and/or SQL.
- Experience collaborating with creative teams on landing page optimization and funnel improvements.
