Were looking for an exceptional Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to take full ownership of testing optimisation and performance improvements across our entire marketing and sales ecosystem. Reporting directly to the CMO you will analyse data identify bottlenecks architect testing pipelines and drive meaningful improvements from click to close.

This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who is both analytical and creative - someone who can interpret performance metrics with precision generate hypothesis-based tests and implement or guide implementation of winning variations.

Summary

You will be responsible for improving performance across all funnels landing pages sales pages ads emails onboarding flows and the end-to-end customer journey. Your work will directly influence opt-in rates lead quality call bookings purchase rates and revenue per visitor.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with analytics platforms creating dashboards designing or briefing test variations proposing experiments and prioritising testing pipelines based on impact confidence and ease. They will blend creativity with analytical thinking - using structured experimentation to drive measurable improvements that help us expand our global mission.

Key Responsibilities

Conversion Strategy & Testing

  • Develop and maintain a full testing roadmap covering all major funnels landing pages and conversion points.
  • Build hypotheses based on data user behaviour insights and best practice.
  • Prioritise tests using ICE or similar frameworks.
  • Implement tests using CRO platforms (VWO Convert Optimizely alternatives) or work with developers for more complex experiments.
  • Analyse test outcomes and communicate results clearly to the wider team.

    Analytics & Reporting

    • Build and interpret reports using GA4 Looker Studio Hotjar/Clarity and attribution tools.
    • Monitor funnel KPIs including CTR CVR CPA AOV LTV call-to-sale conversion and drop-off points.
    • Present findings in a structured actionable format.
    • Ensure visibility of performance and testing outcomes across the organisation.

    Optimisation Across the Entire Funnel

    You will optimise performance across:

    • Landing pages and opt-ins.
    • Sales pages and checkout flows.
    • Long-form funnels.
    • Application flows and booking conversions.
    • Email nurture and automation touchpoints.
    • Ad creative and messaging alignment.
    • Sales team conversions (lead call close).

      Creative Direction & Implementation

      • Propose clear purposeful variations to copywriters and designers.
      • Provide mock-ups sketches or wireframes where helpful.
      • Create simple variations directly using tools like Figma Canva or page builders.
      • Optimise for readability UX clarity messaging hierarchy and emotional resonance.
      • Collaborate with the paid ads and funnel teams to ensure consistency across campaigns.

      KPI Measures

      • Develop and maintain a full testing roadmap covering all major funnels landing pages and conversion points.
      • Improvement in conversion rates across pages and funnels.
      • Reduction in CPA and cost per booked call.
      • Increase in opt-in rates call-attendance and call-to-sale conversion.
      • Revenue uplift per visitor and per funnel.
      • Testing velocity (number of tests shipped monthly).
      • Win rate and cumulative impact of successful tests.
      • Quality and clarity of reporting to the CMO and leadership.

      Requirements

      • Proven experience in CRO digital optimisation or performance marketing.
      • Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4 Looker Studio Hotjar/Clarity and attribution tools.
      • Experience planning and running A/B or multivariate tests in VWO Convert or similar.
      • Ability to turn data insights into clear hypothesis-driven tests.
      • Understanding of full-funnel marketing metrics including CTR CVR CPA LTV ROAS call-to-sale.
      • Strong grasp of copywriting UX best practices and design fundamentals.
      • Ability to brief creative teams with clarity and purpose.
      • Proactive curious and committed to continuous improvement.
      • Excellent communication skills - able to present insights to leadership in a clear non-technical way.
      • Mission-aligned and excited about improving conversions to expand global impact.

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Experience in funnel-driven businesses (coaching education DTC info products).
      • Comfortable building simple page variations in GHL WordPress or similar.
      • Familiarity with AI tools for insight generation or creative ideation.
      • Experience combining quantitative and qualitative data for deeper insights.
      • Understanding of sales pipelines and direct response psychology.
