Role Responsibilities
Offering emotional & behavioural support to pupils
Liaising with year leaders parents and external agencies
Monitoring attendance behaviour logs and safeguarding records
Supporting mentoring programmes and interventions
Encouraging positive relationships and student wellbeing
Requirements
Experience in pastoral or wellbeing support (school preferred)
Understanding of safeguarding practices
Confident communicator with strong empathy
Ability to build trust with young people
