Partnerships with external agencies and educational psychologists

About the Role
Leading SEND strategy across the school
Coordinating EHCPs interventions and personalised learning plans
Working closely with staff families and external professionals
Monitoring progress and overseeing interventions
Providing teacher training on inclusive classroom practice
Ensuring full compliance with the SEND Code of Practice
Experience and Qualifications
Qualified SENCO (NASENCO) or working towards
QTS
Proven experience supporting students with diverse needs
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Salary
MPS/UPS SEN allowance.
