The Role
You will teach Biology across KS3 and KS4 with structured progression towards KS5 as your confidence develops. You will be supported through a bespoke induction programme tailored specifically to the independent sector including close mentoring from a senior Biology specialist reduced teaching load regular observation cycles and high-quality CPD.

Beyond classroom teaching you will be encouraged to contribute to the broader life of the school through enrichment activities clubs trips and academic extension programmes.

The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will:

• Hold QTS

• Possess a strong academic background in Biology or Life Sciences

• Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and clear communication

• Be highly organised reflective and eager to develop

• Display a genuine enthusiasm for teaching able and motivated pupils

• Share the schools commitment to high academic standards and holistic education

Prior independent school experience is welcome but not required.
