About the role

You will prepare and monitor premises budgets tender for works oversee capital projects and provide timely reporting to trust leadership. The role requires a strategic operator who can combine hands-on premises knowledge with clear documentation and team leadership across Bradford.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement a multi-site premises plan prioritising safety compliance and cost-effective delivery across Bradford.
- Commission and manage contractors tender projects and oversee the delivery of planned maintenance and capital works.
