Job Summary
A welcoming and community-focused secondary school in Redditchis seeking a friendly professional School Receptionist to become the face of the school from January 2026.
The Role
As the first point of contact for parents visitors and callers you will ensure a calm efficient and positive reception experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the busy front desk
- Handling phone calls emails and visitor sign-ins
- Assisting with student queries and late arrivals
- Managing the visitor pass and safeguarding protocols
- Supporting with general administration including letters reports and filing
