A prestigious co-educational grammar school in Kingston is recruiting an experienced Site Manager to oversee site safety maintenance and facilities operations. You will lead a small site team and ensure the school is compliant secure and well-presented at all times.
Responsibilities
Managing maintenance schedules contractors and site development plans
Acting as Fire & Health & Safety lead across the premises
Overseeing security locking/unlocking routines and building inspections
Ensuring classrooms grounds and facilities meet high presentation standards

Ideal Candidate
Previous facilities or site management experience
Knowledge of compliance H&S safeguarding procedures
