As Receptionist you are responsible for managing the overall Reception function within the Clinic. You will ensure that patients receive a friendly efficient and professional service. You are a crucial part of the team looking after the day-to-day running of the clinic. You will work in conjunction with The Dermatology Partnership Central Bookings and Central Admin Team.

Role Responsibilities:
- Supporting the set up clinics check in patients manage appointments (bookings follow-ups cancellations) and ensure clinic rooms are ready.
- Print schedules prescriptions and post letters; handle documentation audit trails and consultant referral/charge sheets accurately.
- Assist with doctors and nurses administrative needs including prescription handling and responding to queries.
- Understand self-funding/insured patient processes take payments/deposits process refunds and liaise with the bookings team.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures for all tasks including internal referrals patient documentation and end-of-day responsibilities.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
- Previous customer facing experience is essential
- Good work ethic and hardworking
- A real passion for patient care and delivering
- Good communicator and team player
