We are currently recruiting for a professional and friendly Receptionist to work with one of our clients based in Central Leeds. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact and thrives in a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Meeting and greeting visitors in a professional manner
Answering and directing incoming calls
Managing meeting room bookings
Handling incoming and outgoing post
Providing general administrative support to the team
Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
Skills & Experience Required:
Previous reception or front-of-house experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident telephone manner
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Competent with Microsoft Office (Word Outlook Excel)
Reliable punctual and well-presented
