Science ECT – High-Achieving Secondary School in Reading

About the Role
Teaching Science across KS3KS4 (KS5 opportunities as you progress)
Delivering engaging and well-structured lessons with practical investigation at the core
Participating in the full ECT induction programme including mentoring observations and coaching
Contributing to Science clubs competitions and STEM events
Supporting department-wide planning assessments and curriculum development
Maintaining high standards of behaviour safety and presentation

Experience and Qualifications
Degree in a Science discipline
PGCE with QTS (ECT status)
Strong subject knowledge and passion for scientific learning
Excellent communication and organisation skills

Salary
Paid to scale MPS (ECT level).
