- Stage Director: Instructing Drama across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE) only proportionate to the teaching fraction.
- Character Coach: Driving high engagement by fostering expressive performance skills and understanding of theatrical conventions.
- Production Assistant: Assisting with junior and senior productions and managing lighting/sound resources.
Compensation & Benefits
- Essential Requirements: Hold or be soon to obtain QTS. Relevant Degree in Drama Theatre Studies or Performance.
- Salary: Excellent pro-rata salary paid on the national Teachers Pay Scale (M/UPS) reflecting Inner London weighting.
- Support: Structured ECT induction program and access to dedicated theatre facilities.
