Job Summary
Job Summary (List Format):
- Utilize educational background in Chemistry or Material Science (Bachelors or Associates degree) with significant experience in Rubber Plastics Compounding or Coatings Industry.
- Work independently with multiple adhesive chemistry products.
- Develop perform and document laboratory tests and reports on product formulations.
- Conduct gauge R&R (repeatability and reproducibility) studies on lab-produced batches.
- Ensure all lab testing data generation and documentation meet required standards.
- Maintain strict adherence to lab safety hygiene and SHE (Safety Health and Environmental) compliance.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and functions.
- Operate lab equipment and handle materials including lifting items as needed for procedures.
