Job Summary

We are seeking a Survey Technician with experience supporting boundary ALTA/NSPS and topographic surveys for civil and land development projects. Skilled in construction stakeout processing field data and preparing survey deliverables using AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Experienced working with total stations and survey data collectors while maintaining accurate digital and paper survey records.

Responsibilities
Perform boundary ALTA/NSPS and topographic surveys under the direction of a Professional Land Surveyor
Execute construction stakeout calculations and prepare cutsheets from construction plans
Collect process and interpret survey data from field crews using survey data collectors
Operate total stations and related survey equipment in field and office settings
Prepare drawings maps and survey deliverables using AutoCAD and Civil 3D
Maintain organized digital and paper survey records and project documentation

Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of survey technician experience
Hands-on experience with boundary ALTA/NSPS and topographic surveys
Experience performing construction stakeout and preparing cutsheets
Proficiency operating total stations and survey data collectors
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage digital and paper records
