We are seeking an experienced Mobile Development Lead Specialist to guide the design development and deployment of high-quality mobile applications. This role requires strong technical leadership hands-on expertise in modern mobile technologies and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will drive architectural decisions ensure the best mobile experience for users and mentor development teams while maintaining strong delivery standards.

• Lead the end-to-end development of mobile applications for iOS Android and cross-platform frameworks.

• Oversee architecture planning solution design coding testing deployment and performance optimization.

• Collaborate closely with product design QA and infrastructure teams to deliver secure and scalable mobile solutions.

• Review code quality establish best practices and implement CI/CD pipelines for mobile delivery.

• Evaluate emerging trends tools and technologies to continuously improve mobile capabilities.

• Manage releases resolve production issues and ensure application stability and usability.

• Guide and mentor junior and mid-level developers providing technical direction and coaching.

• Work directly with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

• Ensure compliance with security standards platform guidelines accessibility requirements and performance benchmarks.

• Create and maintain documentation including architecture diagrams release notes and technical specifications.

• 12 years of experience in mobile application development with a focus on large-scale enterprise solutions.

• Strong proficiency in native mobile technologies:

  • iOS: Swift Objective-C XCode UIKit/SwiftUI

  • Android: Kotlin Java Android Studio Jetpack

• Experience with cross-platform tools such as React Native Flutter or Xamarin.

• Solid understanding of REST APIs GraphQL microservices and modern backend integration patterns.

• Proven experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.

• Hands-on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins GitLab or Bitrise.

• Knowledge of mobile security encryption methods and secure coding best practices.

• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and performance tuning.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills with the ability to interact with executive stakeholders.

• Previous experience leading development teams and managing full project lifecycles.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
