Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Knowledge Management Lead Specialist to drive the strategy implementation and ongoing management of knowledge assets across the organization. This role focuses on ensuring that critical information and organizational knowledge are captured organized and accessible to support decision-making collaboration and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in knowledge management practices strong leadership skills and the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive knowledge management strategy aligned with organizational goals.

Lead initiatives to capture organize and maintain critical organizational knowledge including policies procedures best practices and lessons learned.

Ensure knowledge resources are easily accessible accurate and up-to-date for all stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify knowledge gaps and implement solutions to address them.

Oversee the development and management of knowledge management tools platforms and technologies.

Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning across the organization.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives using metrics to drive improvements.

Provide training and guidance to staff on knowledge management practices and tools.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in knowledge management to continuously enhance organizational capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Information Management Library Science Business Administration or a related field; Masters preferred.

12 years of experience in knowledge management information management or a related field.

Proven track record of developing and implementing knowledge management strategies and programs.

Strong understanding of knowledge management tools platforms and best practices.

Excellent leadership collaboration and communication skills.

Ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption of knowledge management initiatives.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience in creating and managing knowledge repositories taxonomies and workflows.
