Overview
We are seeking a senior Test Manager to lead the quality and validation strategy for a large multi-entity ERP modernization program spanning several global business units. This role will oversee a complex transformation initiative utilizing Oracle Cloud ERP and related technologies. The position requires a leader capable of directing large-scale testing operations coordinating diverse stakeholder groups and ensuring overall program readiness across multiple workstreams.
The ideal candidate has deep experience steering enterprise-wide testing for complex ERP deployments partnering with system integrators and managing cross-functional global teams. This individual will be accountable for the success of the testing lifecycle program alignment risk oversight and executive communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the full testing portfolio for a multi-country multi-pillar ERP program ensuring organizational readiness and end-to-end quality.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive test strategy integrating plans from multiple workstreams vendors and technology groups.
- Monitor program execution across onshore offshore and nearshore teams; align efforts with the broader delivery roadmap.
- Lead issue identification defect analysis root-cause review and drive timely remediation with cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate closely with system integrators to validate deliverables confirm milestone completion and uphold agreed performance standards.
- Present testing progress risks and impacts to senior leadership translating technical details into executive insights.
- Oversee risk and issue mitigation across the program ensuring all critical business processes integrations and data flows are fully validated.
- Manage resource utilization team coordination and workload planning across global contributors.
- Ensure program KPIs business value metrics and success criteria are met throughout delivery.
- Support hybrid project methodologies including Agile and Waterfall approaches depending on workstream needs.
Required Skills & Experience
- 15 years of experience in enterprise-scale IT delivery with a strong focus on ERP implementations.
- Proven background leading testing and QA functions for large transformation programs.
- Expertise managing testing life cycles across Oracle Cloud ERP or comparable platforms (SAP Workday PeopleSoft etc.).
- Demonstrated success working with multiple system integrators and vendor partners.
- Strong capability in defect governance process validation and cross-system quality control.
- Experience navigating complex global environments involving multiple stakeholders business entities and distributed teams.
- Advanced skills in risk management issue resolution and program reporting.
- Strong communication and presentation ability comfortable engaging with senior executives program sponsors and board-level stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with Agile or hybrid delivery models.
- Global implementation experience including collaboration with offshore and nearshore teams.
