Job Summary
Urgently hiring for one of our direct clients in the Philippines.
Job Title: Lead Associate - Operations Travel Expense
Location: Metro Manila
Work Mode: Onsite Shifting Schedule
Required:
Must be okay working 100% onsite at WNS Bridgetowne Site
2yrs BPO/Banking domain experience handling looking customer interactions via Chats Calls Emails
Understanding of Credit card billings reimbursements spends during business travel
Prior experience of handling BPO Teams of 10-15 agents and driving metric based performance of the team
Understanding of performance management and mentorship for agents
Ability to interact with client and be able to present team performance
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in 24x7 environment
