Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities:-
  • Payroll & Statutory Management: Run the complete organizational payroll cycle. Ensure accurate and timely preparation and submission of all statutory registers including PF PT and LWF
  • Compliance & Audit: Maintain thorough knowledge and execution of compliances as per the Factories Establishment Act. Ensure the factory adheres to all legal and regulatory HR requirements.
  • Industrial Relations (IR): Manage HR and Industrial Relations (IR) activities within the factory setting focusing on maintaining harmonious labor relations and handling disciplinary issues.
  • Employee Life Cycle: Manage the complete employee life cycle post-onboarding covering areas like confirmations performance management support transfers and exit management.
  • HRIS/HRMS: Utilize and manage day-to-day HR operations efficiently using HRMS software.
