Job Summary

Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)

  • Design develop and maintain robust ETL/ELT data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) to extract transform and load data from various sources.
  • Implement and manage data storage solutions leveraging Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 (ADLS Gen2) including data organization partitioning and lifecycle management.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries stored procedures and database objects for data manipulation reporting and analytical purposes within Azure SQL Database or other SQL-based data platforms.
  • Collaborate with data architects data scientists and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure data quality integrity and security across all data solutions adhering to data governance best practices.
  • Monitor troubleshoot and optimize data pipelines and storage solutions for performance scalability and cost-efficiency.
  • Participate in code reviews documentation and continuous improvement initiatives for data engineering processes.
  • Implement and manage data access controls and security measures within ADLS Gen2 and Azure SQL.
