Tekberry is seeking a highly skilled IT Technical Writer to support our client a world-class academic institution known for innovation research excellence and technological this role you will develop format and maintain clear accessible technical documentation for University IT programs and services.

As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits including medical dental and vision insurance.

• Write revise organize and standardize technical documentation manuals guides and instructional materials.

• Ensure clarity accuracy conciseness accessibility and terminology alignment with Stanford and UIT standards.

• Design format publish and distribute technical documents for web and print.

• Develop update and maintain content within CMS platforms (e.g. Drupal).

• Maintain documentation archives revision history and version control.

• Respond to documentation-related HelpSU requests and resolve issues.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts IT teams and stakeholders to gather information and validate content.

• Bachelors degree and at least 3 years of technical writing experience or equivalent combination.

• Excellent writing editing organizational and grammar skills.

• Working knowledge of HTML CSS and web publishing standards.

• Experience with Drupal or similar content management systems.

• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.

• Experience supporting IT software systems documentation or higher education environments.

• Familiarity with accessibility standards and documentation best practices.

• Ability to manage multiple documentation projects and competing deadlines.

• Fully remote or hybrid acceptable - non-local candidates welcome.

• Must be available during core CA business hours for meetings and collaboration.

• Standard computer-based work requiring strong attention to detail and visual acuity.
