About the Role
We are hiring a Marketing & BD Trainee who can actively support both online and offline growth across our healthcare and food verticals. This is a hands-on role where execution matters more than theory.
Responsibilities
50% Online Marketing & Operations
Content creation (short videos reels posts basic editing)
Cold calling & lead generation for workshops and partnerships
Data collection list building and CRM updates
Running WhatsApp automation email campaigns and funnel follow-ups
Supporting online events webinars and digital campaigns
50% Offline Business Development
Visit gyms hospitals colleges cafés wellness centers
Pitch our workshops food offerings and healthcare programs
Schedule meetings with founders doctors owners and management
Support offline events seminars activations and sampling drives
Capture photos & video clips for content and case studies
Skills & Requirements
Must have Bike Valid DL Laptop
Strong communication & relationship-building skills
Comfort with both field work and digital marketing tools
Basic understanding of branding marketing funnels and sales
Self-driven street-smart and comfortable talking to business owners
Growth Path
6 months Trainee: 20000/month
Performance-based appraisal after 6 months
Salary increases to
