The Opportunity

A lucrative opportunity existsfor a passionate and performance-driven agency-based Recruitment Leader to takeownership of our NSW branches. With teamsfocused on blue-collar labour hire across a wide range of clients this role offers a truly diverse remit.

This is a role where youll truly lead from the front coaching growing and inspiring across two unique but complementary role isnt for the faint-hearted but if youre ambitious hands-on and love bringing out the best in others youll thrive.

You will be responsible for driving growth client engagement and revenue whilst coaching and developing a capable and energised team of recruitment professionals. Leading from the front you will embed process structure and performance discipline to build capability and culture.

Who you are

You will bring a demonstrated track record of successful leadership withinagency-based recruitment ideally with exposure to a blue-collar labour hire environments. A people first leader you will be equippedyou with the knowledge drive and tenacityto cultivatethe future of the NSW region.

You will form part of a collaborativenetwork of peers where you will contribute to the overall success of the Synergie business in Australia.
