We are currently seeking a full-time Resource Coordinator for our West Jordan UT Location.

The Resource Coordinator is a key member of our Implementation team coordinating with Field Engineers subcontractors and other team members to ensure a successful implementation.

Duties include:

Review orders for accuracy and create service estimates
Work directly with subcontractors including negotiating subcontractor contracts creating contract documents reviewing subcontractor self-audits maintaining records and approving subcontractor invoices for payment
Manage travel and expenses for Field Engineers
Compile Project documentation (including SOWs design proposals etc.) for each project
Maintain regional resource calendars and schedule onsite work
Facilitate communication between subcontractors Field Engineers and the Implementation department
Facilitate weekly update meetings with Regional Managers and Field Engineers

Requirements

Strong computer skills SAP By Design experience preferred
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Previous coordination experience preferred (1-2 years)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage multiple priorities at once
Strong desire to learn

Compensation:

Hourly Wage Negotiable based on skill level and experience.
