Are you an Occupational Therapist who thrives when empowering older adults to stay independent engaged and confident Our Symbria Rehab Team in Northbrook IL is excited to welcome its next employee-owner for a fulfilling part-time OT role.
Responsibilities
What Youll Do
As a Part-Time OT youll play a vital role in helping residents maintain function and enjoy meaningful daily routines. You will:
Create individualized goal-focused treatment plans
Implement inventive OT interventions that meet each residents needs
Provide guidance and oversight to Occupational Therapy Assistants
Collaborate closely with a compassionate interdisciplinary team
Maintain productivity expectations and documentation accuracy
Become a trusted consistent clinical presence within a warm senior-living community
Qualifications
What You Bring
Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Active Illinois OT license (or ability to obtain)
Ability to support a part-time schedule including some flexibility
Experience in acute care long-term care or rehab is helpfulbut not required
A heart for older adults and a desire to make a lasting impact
