Main Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to work primarily at a customers location and to be responsible for all staffing-related functions required. The onsite account may perform recruiting functions at the customer site or rely on support from a dedicated team working in a branch or at headquarters. This role may also be responsible for leading and managing a team directly. The scope of the position may vary depending on the customer and the size of the account.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Two years of experience supervising 150 employees or more in a metric-driven environment
  • Three years of previous work within a staffing company or in a warehouse environment
  • Customer-service orientation
  • Ability to effectively prioritize in a multi-task environment and work under pressure
  • Ability to motivate coach and constructively critique front-line administrative level employees and supervisory employees as well as effectively interact with other managers and Company leadership
  • High level of technical acumen and proficiency to learn and utilize new software and technologies quickly

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Build and maintain good relationships at all levels of the customers organization and deliver exceptional service by handling all customer service inquiries concerns and issues and ensuring consistent quality.
  • Works with the customers team to coordinate and forecast staffing requirements.
  • Developing and executing effective recruiting strategies that deliver the applicant flow and hiring results to meet and exceed fill rate and on-time fill rate goals.
  • Facilitate new hire orientations and pre-training with temporary staffing employees for proper transition to the assignment.
  • May lead and direct a dedicated recruiting team based on the size and model of the account.
  • Manage and oversee daily timekeeping process and reconciliation of time to ensure payroll and invoice accuracy.
  • Perform quality control functions to ensure the customer is satisfied across all levels of the organization.
  • Complete daily weekly and monthly reporting on key performance indicators and use the information to communicate with the customer and identify areas for improvement.
  • Counsels temporary employees relative to attendance productivity and overall job performance
  • Maintain compliance with operations systems and employee records. Ensure compliance with the contract between the customer and Indeed Flex for background checks drug screening billing and any other terms outlined in the agreement.
  • Ensure accurate and timely information about the account and assigned temporary employees are entered into the operating system. Maintain customer information relative to specific on-site accounts in the system.
  • Perform quality evaluations on temporary employees.
  • Participate in the customers safety program and verify that employees follow safety policies and PPE requirements. Accident review investigations and report of injury with the safety department as needed.
  • Implement employee programs and activities to improve KPI performance such as absenteeism and turnover.
  • May manage Profit and Loss statement financial responsibilities.
  • Assist in the coordination and selection of secondary vendors.
  • Communicate regularly on account status.
  • Manage all master vendor activities including payroll invoicing and aging.
  • Complete measurement and reporting every week including analyzing key performance indicator measurements and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Complete and facilitate partnership review meetings with the customer and Indeed Flex team every quarter ensuring quality and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in the customers meetings as appropriate to stay informed of the operations.
  • May manage lead and direct an on-site team depending on the size and scope of the account.
  • Participate in team off-site recruiting activities.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Work Environment

This job operates in a commercial or production environment. There may be fluctuating hot or cold temperatures noise and safety needs to comply with for site navigation. This role routinely uses standard office equipment to complete daily responsibilities and duties.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is required to sit or stand at a desk indoors for most of the day; and is occasionally required to climb or balance; and stoop kneel crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

Full-Time Position. Hours depending on clients requirements. Flexibility required for potential evening and weekend work as job duties demand.

Travel

This position requires minimal travel less than 25% of the time. Most travel is outside of the local area and will require overnight accommodations.

All travel is subject to the Indeed Flex travel policy and will be recompensed per the policy. It is the responsibility of the employee to understand and abide by the Indeed Flex Travel Policy in order to receive appropriate expense reimbursements.
