Job Summary
Pharmacy Compliance Manager
Sweetgrass Pharmacy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PharmacyCompliance Manager to support our retail and compounding pharmacy operations. This role ensures we meet all regulatory requirements maintain high-quality standards and promote a strong culture of compliance across our organization.

What Youll Do
Ensure compliance with federal state and local regulations including DEA FDA (503A/503B) USP () CMS HIPAA and OSHA.
Maintain pharmacy licenses permits and accreditations.
Conduct routine audits of compounding dispensing billing and controlled substance processes.
Document findings track corrective actions and support regulatory inspections.
Deliver compliance training and provide ongoing education to pharmacy staff.
Monitor regulatory changes and communicate operational updates.
Support inventory controls labeling standards and sterile/non-sterile compounding practices.
Prepare compliance reports for executive leadership.
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in pharmacy healthcare administration business or a related field required.
PharmD JD MBA or MHA preferred.
57 years of pharmacy compliance or regulatory experience strongly preferred.
CHC or CCEP certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations including USP FDA DEA CMS and HIPAA.
Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
High ethical standards and a commitment to patient safety.
