In our Audit teamwerelooking for a Graduate to join us in Ahuriri/Napier on 16 February 2026.

As part of PwCs Audit teamyoullbuild trust in a dynamic world by providing assurance over financial and non-financial information to a broad range of New Zealand businesses; from family firms to major enterprises helping them deliver transparency and unlock new opportunities.

Our team combines market-leading technology with deepexpertiseto ensure integrity and confidence in reporting examining the full spectrum of data that drives business performance.

While financial auditsremaincentral we continuously evolve by upskilling in digital tools and advancing in sustainability and integrated reporting; including environmental social and governance (ESG) factors-critical to both society and our auditing role today and in the future.

Your day-to-day could include:

  • Collaborating with Partners Directors and Managers to deliver high-quality assurance services.

  • Unraveling complex financial situations and contributing to the integrity of business reporting.

  • Using market-leading tools and technology including digital upskilling in sustainability ESG and integrated reporting.

  • Engaging with a diverse range of clients and industries to build trust with stakeholders.

  • Building your technical commercial digital and interpersonal skills through varied business challenges.

Ngāpūkengakeiakoe/ Skills and experience

  • A passion for solving complex challenges with excellent numerical and analytical skills

  • Open-minded background: We consider applications from a wide range of degrees including but not limited to: Accounting Engineering Computer Science Psychology Data Analytics Management Studies Mathematics and Sciences

  • Preference for candidates pursuing professional qualifications such as Chartered Accountants (CAANZ) CPA or CFA

  • Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from experienced professionals within a supportive team environment
