Job Summary
Overview:
We are looking for a creative detail-oriented Architect to lead and execute architectural projects from concept through to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical expertise aesthetic vision and practical understanding of construction processes. This role requires close collaboration with clients consultants engineers and contractors to deliver functional innovative and visually appealing designs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee architectural design concepts layouts and detailed drawings for a range of residential apartments villas and commercial projects.
- Conduct site analyses feasibility studies and ensure compliance with building codes safety regulations and legal guidelines.
- Coordinate with structural MEP landscape and interior design teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Review project progress and manage design changes during the construction phase.
- Attend client meetings present design proposals and incorporate feedback into revised plans.
Job Requirements:
- Experience Required: Minimum 5 years
- Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Architecture.
- Strong conceptual and creative design ability with attention to detail.
- Proficient in architectural design tools such as AutoCAD SketchUp Photoshop and related software.
- Understanding of site contours and levels.
- Excellent visualisation technical drawing and drafting skills.
- Effective communication coordination and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
