Job Summary

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect with 10 years of experience specializing in the design and execution of terminal infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the architectural design planning and coordination of terminal projects ensuring functionality aesthetics and compliance with industry

standards. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented professional with expertise in terminal design and large-scale infrastructure projects.

Job Responsibilities

Lead the architectural design of terminal buildings ensuring a balance between functionality aesthetics and operational efficiency.

Develop conceptual designs detailed drawings and 3D models for terminal projects using advanced design software.

Ensure designs comply with local national and international aviation standards (e.g. ICAO IATA).

Collaborate with engineers project managers and other stakeholders to integrate architectural designs with structural mechanical and electrical systems.

Ensure seamless coordination between architectural and engineering teams to address design challenges and ensure project alignment.

Incorporate sustainable design principles and energy-efficient solutions into terminal projects.

Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in terminal architecture and implement innovative solutions.

Ensure all designs adhere to safety regulatory and environmental standards specific to terminal projects.

Conduct design reviews to ensure compliance with project specifications and client requirements.

Provide architectural oversight during the construction phase to ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards.

Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any design-related issues that arise during construction.

Act as the primary point of contact for architectural aspects of terminal projects addressing client feedback and ensuring satisfaction.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural design for large-scale infrastructure projects.

At least 5 years of experience in terminal projects including airports railway stations or similar facilities.
