Lead a growing engineering team as a strategic product-focused and hands-on CTO. Drive technical excellence scale the team from 10 to 25 engineers and shape the technology roadmap. What you will do:

Build and manage a high-performing engineering team scaling from 10 to 25 engineers.
Define and drive the architectural direction technology choices and long-term technical roadmap.
Partner closely with product and design teams to deliver impactful user-centric solutions.

The ideal candidate:

10 years in engineering with 4 years in senior technical leadership roles.
Proven success scaling engineering teams in Series AB startup environments.
Deep technical expertise across cloud infrastructure backend and mobile technologies.
