• ManageIT RisksPromptlyidentifyIT risks developappropriate remediationoptionsand ensure effective deployment of IT risk management controls in key domain areas. Conduct IT risk assessments and support proactive ongoing management and compliance with governance frameworks and standards for third parties cybersecurity tooling user awarenesstrendsand crypto agility posture.

• Lead Third Party IT Risk Management ProgramActas the main point of contact for Third Party IT Risk risk control performance andcomplianceposture monitoring and reporting.

• Lead IT Risk Management Awareness and TrainingDevelopand deliver Cyber Awareness October Program as the main point of contact for User Cyber Training Program across the training content relevance and timeliness; support risks and controls alignment to target metrics; monitor and reporttrends.

• LeadCryptoAgilityRiskManagement ProgramCreate andmaintainthe Crypto Posture Library across the organization ensuring ongoing currency completenessaccuracyand the development and delivery of theCyrptoAgility Risk Management Program.

• EnsureITRisk ComplianceDevelop implementmonitorand trackIT risk management controls and metrics to target compliancetimelyidentifyandenableeffectivelyremediation of deviations.

• I have knowledge ofIT risk management frameworks compliance standards techniques artefacts and industry best practices.

• I gained my knowledge through2-3years ofexperience inITor third-party ITrisk management IT Governance Risk and Compliance user cyber awareness IT Risk reporting or IT documentation.

• I have experience withmetrics developmentmeasurementreporting best practicesgovernance document managementand IT risks and controls domains.

• Imfamiliar withcryptography or am very eager at exploring the emerging field of quantum computingand cryptoagility.

• Imexceptional atanalysing information criticallycross-functional collaborationgloballyand being adaptable and composed in the light of change management.

• Imextra passionate aboutcontinuously honing my knowledge especially within the realm of IT risk management.

• I have a proven ability tolead multiple projectsconcurrentlycommunicate effectively and collaboratively.

• Imwilling to occasionally traveland have a valid passport and no travel restrictionsthat limit my ability tocross the border between Canada and the USA(and Vietnam ifrequiredfor role).
